    Nice folks but had trouble finding a part, than asked $xxx with a months'-long wait. went elsewhere and had the piece, fitted, within 24 hours for half the price. Thanks for trying! Immaculately clean workshop.

    Very disappointed. Dropped my mother off to pick up her VW Jetta and she was charged over 700 dollars for what was a minor service. Previous family experiences have been less than stellar. European Affair were unable to diagnose a problem that their own service caused to my father's BT50. After repeated attempts to work out the issue with them we took it to another mechanic who was able to fix the problem with very little fuss. Was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt last time but charging over 700 dollars for a minor service is completely unreasonable.

    I've been taking my BMW to EA for the last 6-7 years! They have amazing customer service, they're on-time with service schedules and they actually care about your car (very important). Highly recommend anyone who is thinking about getting their Euro car serviced/repaired. You must try them! Thanks again.
