- The FAntastic Added July 05, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆attended yesterday morning.. to enquire about getting a Covid test. The woman who greeted at the door in the space-suit. Was extremely rude & abrupt. Demanded that I sign QR code. Then when I was trying to figure that out offered no assistance. Then yelled at me to sit in my car & figure it out. This is the second time I’ve had issues with Australian Clinical Labs staff.. the rudeness Is very unnecessary… perhaps staff need Re-training in bedside manner. Can understand people are under pressure… but moody women behaving violently, & shouting at members of public… is plain and simply wrong!
