Had a knock in the front of the car and had it looked at by two other mechanics that could not fix it. German Automotive came through with the goods! Now it drives better than ever. Highly recommended
- Rod Upward Added February 04, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been taking our three family cars to German Automotive now for a couple of years. It is true to say that the staff are polite, professional and friendly.
Regrettably though, the experience of my wife and myself recently has been far less than satisfactory.
I recommend that for all future customers make sure to get any quote that anyone in this team makes in writing. My experience has been far from satisfactory and as soon as we get my wife's Citroen properly repaired, (for the price originally quoted verbally) we will be taking our business elsewhere.
