  I came in to get insoles for my pronation which were almost $500 including the consultations, one to get my feet measured and assessed and the other to make sure there weren't any issues with the insoles. I was told after I received the insoles to come back in 6 weeks (I think it was) to check to see how they were going. I said I was busy and lived out of the way but that I would try to come then, but didn't make an appointment because I knew I wouldn't be able to guarantee I would come during that exact week. I instead came back 3 weeks after the week they had specified after making an appointment a week earlier. I complained about still having knee pain, which was left unexplained and ignored and then left with nothing more than a "looks fine to me". When I went to leave the receptionist told me to come back to pay the $70+ for the session. When I explained it was covered in the $500 I had spent, I was told because I hadn't come back the exact week I was told to that my payment was no longer valid and that I had to pay again. I paid for a service, made it clear I was probably unable to make it that week and was not told I would have to pay extra. She halved the cost and I paid that instead of disputing further because I had another appointment, but shame on you. Payment is payment regardless of when it is received and I would NEVER recommend you to another person, especially considering I almost didn't get the insoles because I thought I couldn't afford them in the first place. $35 may be nothing to someone who has a full time job, but I am a student and to me that could cover a week's worth of my meals. Absolutely disgusted.
